PROLO Logistics

What I Built - Prolo is an integrated smart logistics platform combining ultra-fast last-mile delivery (Bullet Delivery via cloud branches), climate-controlled warehousing, full e-commerce fulfillment (WMS + packaging + shipping), refrigerated transport, and operational vehicle leasing — all connected through digital tracking, platform integrations (including Salla), and a new Space Marketplace for discovering verified logistics capacity. The Problem We Solved - Saudi e-commerce stores, food brands, and growing businesses struggled with fragmented providers, slow or unreliable delivery, expensive in-house warehousing, cold-chain risks, and the capital burden of owning fleets. Finding reliable partners was time-consuming and hard to scale. The Result - Merchants can now outsource the entire logistics chain under one partner, achieve same-day or sub-4-hour delivery in key cities, maintain product integrity with real-time temperature control, reduce operational costs, and focus on growth — supported by dedicated account managers and 24/7 service.
